Open a thread that ran all week and ask what happened. Grok comes back with the decisions, the owners, and what is still waiting on you. When the backlog builds up, it can sweep recent mail in one pass — archiving finished conversations, junking the noise, and calling out the messages that need a reply. The add-in also reads attachments and searches the web and X, so you can look things up without leaving Outlook.
A few rough words are enough. Grok turns them into a reply that matches how you write, or composes a new message from scratch. From there, ask for tweaks: a tighter subject line, different recipients, a warmer tone. Nothing sends until you hit send.
Grok for Outlook is a Microsoft 365 add-in, available today to all paid X and SuperGrok users. Add it from the Microsoft Marketplace, and work directly with Grok in your mailbox. Also available for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
