Acceptable Use Policy

Our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone using our Services, including developers and businesses. We aim to treat our customers like adults while also ensuring that we as a company and you as a customer comply with the law and that your use is safe for humanity. By using our services, you agree to comply with our policies outlined below. This policy will evolve over time as our Services and users change.
You are free to use our Services as you see fit so long as you comply with the law, don’t harm people, and respect our guardrails:
- Comply with the law. Don’t use our Services or Outputs to promote or engage in illegal stuff, including:
- The sexualization or exploitation of children
- Violating copyright law or others’ privacy
- Operating in a regulated industry without complying with those regulations
- Defrauding, defaming, scamming, or spamming
- Don’t harm people or property. This prohibition includes things like using our Services or Outputs to:
- Critically harm human life
- Develop bioweapons or weapons of mass destruction
- Destroy property
- Perpetrate hacking, doxing, phishing, etc.
- Instead:
- Be a good human, it’s really not that hard
- Respect guardrails and don’t mislead. Don’t circumvent safeguards unless you’re part of an official Red Team or otherwise have our official blessing, and don’t mislead people as to the nature and source of Outputs, including images.
We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
