A short technical interview with an engineer lasting 5–15 minutes. After introductions, the interviewer will ask basic technical questions related to the role.

No. We ask questions related to actual problems we solve every day, with live coding sessions where you pair with one of our engineers. If you're exceptional in your field with deep, real-world expertise, that's more than enough.

Yes. We actively sponsor Skilled Worker visas for exceptional candidates. Our immigration team will guide you through the entire process if you're offered a role.

We work from the office 5 days a week but allow occasional work from home. In rare cases, we allow exceptional candidates to work entirely remotely.

Regular hours are 10am to 7pm. Some people shift their schedules to ease collaboration with teams in Palo Alto.
