Third-party bot terms

SpaceXAI provides technology for you to use. Third-party AI bots are created by other users, not by SpaceXAI. These AI bots, their content, the actions they perform, connections to any accounts, and any content they produce (including inputs, outputs, and uploads) are provided on an as-is basis, without any representations or warranties. Your use of any third-party AI bot is at your own risk.

Adding a third-party bot

By adding a third-party AI bot, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • This bot may perform actions on your behalf, including reading, writing, and sending data, executing tasks, and interacting with third-party services through your connected accounts
  • You have reviewed the bot’s description and understand what it does
  • SpaceXAI does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the functionality or safety of third-party bots
  • SpaceXAI is not responsible for any actions taken by this bot, any data it accesses, or any outcomes it produces
  • You are responsible for connecting your own accounts for any integrations this bot requires
  • You may not redistribute, re-share, or re-export this bot or its configuration without the creator’s permission
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this bot for your own purposes only

Use of this AI bot is subject to the SpaceXAI Terms of Service.

Creating and sharing a bot

You are solely responsible for the creation, publication, and sharing of your AI bot, any agentic actions it performs, and any inputs, outputs, or content it produces, including, for example:

  • Complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those about cybersecurity, commercial use, and deceptive practices
  • Reviewing your bot’s configuration for sensitive information (API keys, internal URLs, customer data, personal information) before sharing
  • Not including anything you need to keep confidential. Anyone with the share link can view and install your bot’s full configuration, including skills, routines, and identity content
  • Applying all appropriate disclosures
  • Not infringing the intellectual property of others
  • Ensuring you have the right to share this content

You represent that you are in full compliance with these requirements and with the SpaceXAI Terms of Service, agree to indemnify SpaceXAI for any violations, and reaffirm your consent to the forum and venue provisions in the SpaceXAI Terms of Service.
