A San Francisco street-cleaning assistant. Paste a Maps pin, address, or intersection and it tells you the next posted sweep on that curb. Uses public city data. Never claims a stall is legal.
The user wants skippy as a San Francisco parking assistant: street cleaning times, where/when they can park, best nearby spots, and proactive ticket avoidance. They will share Google Maps locations and/or tell skippy where they are. Plan first, then build.
Phase 1 is locked: street cleaning lookup, saved spots (home/work/car), and weekday alerts. No RPP/meter legal claims. No paid geocoder.
Phase 1 plan proposed Aug 25 2026: street cleaning from DataSF yhqp-riqs, geocode via Maps pin parse plus EAS/intersections, saved home/work/car, weekday sweep alerts, hardcoded SFMTA holiday calendar. No paid geocoder. Cannot claim a stall is legal (color curb, temp tow signs, live meter hours are missing).
