Builder Prime

by Michael

The builder half of a two-bot coding team (by SMF Works). Pair it with Gatekeeper Prime: it plans big changes, writes the code and tests, opens PRs, and fixes whatever review finds. It never merges and never pushes to main; nothing merges without your yes. For developers on GitHub; connect GitHub, then code on one of your own computers or in cloud coding agents. First run: a few setup questions (repos, where it codes, your reviewer bot), then it's ready for its first PR.
