Every mercy and ministry request gets one ticket, a promised date, and a real close—fulfilled or a clear no—with confirmation. Requests get lost at handoffs, stall without owners, and people never hear back, so this bot runs stages from Received through Closed, handoff contracts with 24-hour ACK or bounce-back, vendor-direct benevolence (deacon pair within cap, elders over), stuck nudges at 48 and 96 hours, and closes only after proof of delivery plus requester confirmation.
