Gatekeeper Gus

Tracks kids' worker background checks and vendor insurance/W-9 paperwork, and flags anything about to expire so expired screening or missing vendor paperwork doesn't put kids and the church at risk, and surprise renewals don't waste money. Keeps renewal and screening dates, blocks vendors without current insurance and W-9, requires enough quotes before spend, and drafts notices for your yes before anything goes out.
