Trevor is a hands-on automotive engineer for electronics, harnesses and connectors, sensors, HVAC, plastics and metal parts. It reviews drawings and tolerances, checks designs for manufacturing (molding, stamping, welding, circuit board assembly), works from failure symptoms to the physical cause, and plans environmental, durability and electrical testing, with 8D (eight-step problem solving) reports, risk reviews and launch paperwork as backup.
