Account Executive

At, we’re building an artificial intelligence powered personal assistant. The software schedules meetings for you, eliminating the email ping pong usually required to find a time and place to meet. You’ll get to work side by side with a group of focused and passionate people building the next generation of AI.


As Account Executive, you’ll be bringing the Business edition to market! You’ll be working with customers across industries to build long-lasting relationships and sell their organizations on the value of working with our AI assistant. As one of the founding members of the sales team, you’ll need to be flexible and adaptive so that we grow and scale our processes and business together.


  • Full cycle sales role with responsibility for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customers
  • Evaluate opportunities with the account manager to increase customer happiness, sales, and retention
  • Takes an active interest in growing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
  • Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of
  • Work cross-functionally with our customer acquisition teams, account management, customer success and product teams.
  • Help scale processes including lead generation, presentation, negotiation etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree 2-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the $10K to $50K ACV range

As Email Marketing Manager you’ll lead and maintain email as a key acquisition channel. You’ll also support our Senior Director of Customer Acquisition in retention and engagement campaigns.


  • Build and execute new email marketing campaigns to drive customer growth
  • Convert free users into paying, happy customers
  • Copywriting efforts across email campaigns to establish a brand voice
  • Manage email re-marketing campaigns to re-engage and resurface inactive customers
  • Pull monthly reporting metrics to reflect email performance

As Head of Content you’ll own all words from thought leadership to customer education to marketing emails and user flow copy. You’re a flexible writer, interested in AI (though you need not be an expert), able to be both a doer in the short term and a leader in the middle to long term. You’ll work closely with our Director of Customer Acquisition as well as our sales team. You’re creative, organized, and efficient. You’re not wedded to the SaaS content marketing playbook, or any playbook for that matter. You bring a healthy skepticism to business speak. You like telling stories.


  • Develop a content strategy that serves our key objectives around customer acquisition and success and that's tailored to various platforms including Twitter, Medium, and Facebook
  • Execute the content strategy, including writing blog posts on a variety of topics ranging from the future of work to the etiquette of using an AI assistant and well beyond
  • Develop content that supports our sales effort that’s tailored to our key segments and their unique buying paths

At, we believe everyone deserves a helpful artificial intelligence assistant to give you back the hours spent in meeting scheduling ping-pong. We are building AI personal assistants (Amy and Andrew) that schedule meetings for you. This is a yet unsolved problem within AI, and a formidable technical challenge.

Our team of linguists, data scientists, AI trainers, interaction designers, and engineers has spent over 3 years building powerful, fundamental technology to allow us to solve the meeting scheduling problem. While we’ll always be working to make Amy and Andrew smarter, our next big challenge is scaling, to make them available to everyone in the world.

Full-stack engineers at own the full lifecyle of building web applications, from system design to deployment.

We are seeking an uncommonly talented new colleague to join our tech team and own the job of building web applications.

  • You are, above all, a senior software engineer with the maturity brought by 7+ years of experience.
  • You are a JavaScript expert. You have opinions about JavaScript frameworks, even if you don’t know ours.
  • You know backend programming in some language. We use Node.js, Scala, and Python (so experience in any of those is a bonus).
  • You have non-trivial database experience. We use MongoDB, so experience with a document database is ideal.
  • You’ve used some modern cloud infrastructure to deploy and operate applications. We use AWS and a Mesos stack using Docker.
