  • about x.ai

Scheduling sucks. x.ai makes ridiculously efficient scheduling software that can handle the meeting scheduling needs of companies big and small, from the Fortune 100 to early-stage startups.

Our software combines its powerful AI assistants with the ability to initiate and modify meetings from wherever you are: email, Slack, your phone, or the calendar itself. All of these components run on a sophisticated AI engine that understands the way our customers like to manage their calendar, no matter which touchpoint they use to schedule.

Amy + Andrew are always working, but we’re just human

And we love all the varieties, so we aimed to make our benefits as flexible as possible.

  • Healthcare

The company contributes generously to the health, dental, and vision plans for all employees (and their families). And we kindly ask that you eat your fruits and vegetables!

  • Gym Membership

We want your synapses to fire as fast as possible, so hitting the gym once in a while might not be that bad of an idea. It’s on us.

  • Commuter Benefits

We offer pre-tax transit benefits – you won’t pay taxes on your MetroCard (or whichever transit system gets you to and from) or wait in line ever again!

  • Savings - 401(K)

Every penny counts! We want to help you save for retirement with a 401(K) savings plan (pre-taxed dollars).

  • Parental Leave

We love tiny humans, too! Our parental leave benefit extends 3 months paid leave for primary caregivers, and 1 month paid leave for secondary caregivers. We also offer adoption and IVF support.

  • Unlimited
Vacation Time

Amy and Andrew can work 24/7, but we humans can’t. It’s important to unplug – like, really unplug. We offer flexible vacation on a peer approval basis and ask that every human take a minimum of ten days off per year.

  • Self-Managed Conference Budget

We want to support our humans as they learn and get in touch with their communities, so we set up a company-wide budget for event attendance.

  • Weekly Team Dinners

We love food and each other’s company, so each week we come together as a team to feast on a catered dinner from a new NYC restaurant!

  • Team Trips

Work hard, play hard! We have fun in the office everyday, but we amp up the fun once a year with a team trip, whether it’s hangin’ on the slopes or by the campfire.
