1. Preview What Guests Will See
Whether you’re using the Meeting Creator to schedule a meeting from scratch, or editing an existing meeting request, click the “Preview email” button to see the exact email that x.ai will send to each meeting guest — before it’s sent. You’re always in control with x.ai, no surprises.
2. Get In-App Confirmation Messages For Conflicts
x.ai’s scheduling engine analyzes your availability alongside your preferences to generate time options to meet. This is why x.ai won’t book outside of your scheduling hours or put two meetings too close together if you’ve set up breather time.
Some rules are flexible, though, which is why we built real-time alerts that let you know when your scheduling request conflicts with your preferences. In one click, you can choose to override the conflict and confirm the scheduling request.
3. Brand New x.ai Chrome Extension
This year, we redesigned our Chrome extension to bring the full power of the x.ai scheduling engine into your browser. Once you install the free extension, you can start an x.ai meeting directly from your Google and Outlook calendars.
You can also copy time options into an email, create a One-Time Link, share a Calendar Page, and see a full view of your pending and upcoming meetings. All this from one little icon at the top right of your browser!
4. Faster Scheduling in Slack
x.ai lets you schedule meetings directly in Slack for free, no matter what channel or DM you’re hopping between. Use the command /scheduler and @mention your guests with the meeting details. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation that is only visible to you, with the option to schedule the meeting — all without leaving Slack. You can also easily make updates to the meeting details. Easy AND efficient!
5. Add Additional Guests to Calendar Page Meetings
Sometimes you need to keep people in the loop when you schedule a meeting. They may not need to join you, but they need the event on their calendar. This is especially common for executive assistants, as well as building security teams who need to greet your guests.
You can notify up to 10 additional email addresses when a meeting is scheduled from any meeting template. They’ll be included on the meeting invitation as optional.
6. Redirect Guests Back to Your Site
After someone schedules a meeting on one of your Calendar Pages, we send them to the meeting management page by default. With any of our premium plans, you can instead redirect guests and send them to a different page. You can also opt to pass the guest’s information in the URL.
7. Add Your Own Google Analytics To Your Calendar Pages
With x.ai’s new Google Analytics integration, you can add your Google Analytics Tracking ID (also known as a UA code) to your individual and team Calendar Pages. This lets you view activity in your own reports so you can see how your guests are interacting with your Calendar Pages as well as how many meetings are being scheduled.
8. Connect x.ai with 2,000+ Apps
x.ai integrates directly with Zapier, which in turn allows you to automatically send meeting scheduling data to over 2,000 different apps and systems. In October, we pushed a 2.0 update to Zapier that lets you connect 60 different x.ai scheduling datapoints with your favorite tools, like Salesforce, Airtable, Trello, Constant Contact, Quickbooks, Freshbooks, and many more.
Pro Tip: Need help setting up Zapier? Book time with an x.ai Solutions expert.
9. Easier Booking for Your Guests
If you are like many of our users, the scheduling experience is your first opportunity to make an impression on your customers, clients, prospects, candidates, and colleagues. Customizing that experience (programmatically!) by pre-filling fields ahead of time can make a huge difference in that critical first touchpoint, in many cases doubling your success rate.
10. Easily Embed Calendar Pages with WordPress
The free x.ai WordPress plugin lets you easily embed x.ai Calendar Pages on your WordPress site so visitors can schedule meetings with you. This month, we pushed an update that gives you even more control over the look and feel of your embedded calendar pages. Calendar Pages can pop-up or display in-line, with customized dimensions and other personal touches to make it feel like your site (not ours!).
